Christopher has 15 years of experience as a working and travelling Sommelier. He has synthesized his experience and knowledge into a comfortable and relaxed approach to wine, service and education.
The opportunity to taste and share wine with Christopher is a truly unique experience. He is professional and informative, yet casual without the aloofness associated with ‘classic’ wine snobbery. Simply put, Christopher’s approach to wine is different.

He is currently Wine Director for Canada’s #1 Restaurant and Food Group. He is recognized for building and overseeing wine programs from the ultimate in fine dining to the super casual.
