This tasting presents a gentle evolution in the Parcelle Salon Sessions.

Expanding on the 101 format. We embark on a semi-workshop focused on ‘techniques on how to taste wines’.

A few weeks back we focused on Grüner Veltliner. This time around we will examine both white and red wines of Austria while applying a systematic approach to help you be a better taster! This is geared for all levels of wine understanding. We learn best in group sessions!
