Grüner Veltliner 101 March 10th : Parcelle Wine Studio Salon Session
Grüner Veltliner, is a much loved grape producing wines across many quality levels. Yet the wines are still unknown to the many fine wine connoisseurs.
Grüner is of Austrian origin, ‘the’ flag bearer for the greater Austrian Wine Community.
Found in various growing regions along the Danube River. Lets cruise through a fun and vibrant tasting!
A 101 study of the many takes on Grüner Veltliner. it is one my favourites as the grape can cross over into both worlds of ‘fine wine’ and that of low-intervention wines.
PSA : This grape has no relation to Riesling regarding the perceived notion of ‘sweetness’. Wines are dry, rich, complex and fun!
March 10th- 6:30pm
